Biography

Elizabeth West is a sophomore at TCU from Williamston, Michigan. Elizabeth is a biology major on the pre-medicine track. She was Big 12 All-Academic Rookie Team freshman year. West has won three AQHYA World Championships and a Bronze Championship. In addition, she is a 3-time QH Congress Champion in Hunter Under Saddle and Halter as well as received numerous top placings in the Horsemanship, Showmanship, Trail, and Equitation at the Congress. Elizabeth has earned top ten AQHA All-Around honors and has won several Michigan Quarter Horse All-Around Champions or Reserve Champions. She has held numerous leadership positions, including President, in the Michigan Quarter Horse Youth Association. At Williamston High School, West also played varsity basketball and was active in student government.
