I am a sprint freestyle swimmer for the St. Cloud State Huskies and am pursuing a Degree in Health and Physical education. Currently pursuing this degree because of my love to influence and spread information to others on how they can improve their life by finding their own purpose. My life consists of doing many types of activities that get the body moving. Things like lifting, running, hiking, biking, swimming, playing outdoor sports, etc! I also love clothes and jewelry, fun workout outfits and simply dressing to impress. Growing up in a healthy household has rubbed off on me being a health nut so nutrition is of huge importance to me. The love of trying new food in different locations, along with experimenting by baking or cooking new recipes was handed down through family bonding experiences. Another important part of me is my belief in God, along with how he truly is the leader of all things. Living by the quote, love the life I live, and live a life I love.
