My major is currently health and wellness promotion. I love working with people in a very personal way and I also love science. I really want to have a career in medicine, possibly oncology. One thing I enjoy is developing a deeper understanding of how the body works in exercise and recovery. It’s very important to know how to listen to what your body needs during training. I also am super big on athlete advocacy. Whether it’s about mental health or physical things like dealing with injury or autoimmune diseases, it’s important to know that there are always accesible resources for everyone. Something else about me is that I love the chance to dress up and get ready. I really enjoy looking my best, because then I can also feel my best. I believe strongly in the look good, feel good mentality- and accessories can definitely be everything in these situations. Very much looking forward to working with some brands that align with my interests!
