As an athlete I am constantly looking for ways to develop and sustain healthy habits through exercise and healthy eating. This stems not only from my experience as an athlete but from the degree I am pursuing. I am a Kinesiology major at the University of Central Missouri who is looking to pursue my Doctorate in Physical Therapy when I am done with college athletics. While school and soccer are very important to me, I also love spending time with my family, going to sporting events, going on walks with our dogs or cooking in the kitchen. I also Referee for youth soccer events and try to help promote the profession and help to promote proper behaviors when interacting with match officials.
