My name is Emma Konsmo and I am a sophomore Goalkeeper on the ACU Women’s Soccer Team. I am Majoring in Dietetics with a Minor in Business. I'm very passionate about finding healthy meal/snack options that satisfy my needs as an athlete that are still tasty to eat. So many foods are processed and filled with unnecessary additives these days and I want to help promote the healthy, yet still delicious, alternative brands.
