Hi my name is Emma, I am studying kinesiology and am a huge advocate for mental health awareness in college athletics. I also love helping others be their best versions of themselves. After tearing my labrum i realized the emotions that come with a athletes biggest fear. I want to try to help people push through set backs and help them know they aren’t alone.
