I am a very outgoing person who is well versed in the world of social media! I have been playing volleyball since I was 12, and I am currently a junior for Wittenberg University Volleyball. My plan while I am here is to major in Business Management. On campus I am a part of Gamma Phi Beta (Gphi) and currently hold the position of Social Chair. Our philanthropy is Girls On The Run, and I am very passionate about it because as young female who has been told she cannot do things because of her gender, and I want to empower other girls to break the glass ceiling. During my summers I work volleyball camps for kids in low-income areas. I love doing camps because it gives children an opportunity to find an outlet or new hobby they otherwise wouldn’t have access to. My drive for playing volleyball is my best friend Carly DeLong, who passed away from childhood leukemia when we were 15. We played travel volleyball together and we’re attached at the hip. Every dig, serve, and point is for her.
