Baseball has been a big part of my life and has helped me develop discipline, leadership, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. I have experience as a baseball coach, where I help players improve their skills and understand the mental side of the game. I have also worked as a Tournament Director for Perfect Game, where I managed tournament schedules, communicated with coaches and parents, handled weather-related changes, and made sure games followed the proper rules.
