I’m a baseball player at Texas Tech University and have had a long journey to get where I am today. During the process I have learned a lot about being a good teammate and a good representative of the community. I started my career at a small division 2 in New Mexico, before transferring to Howard College due to covid complications in the state. From here I earned an opportunity to play at Lubbock Christian University for a year and finish my bachelors degree in business administration. With a year left of eligibility, I wanted to pursue something that would push me to my limits. Texas Tech reached out and I couldn’t be more excited to represent the Red Raider baseball team and help this team get back to Omaha. Now as a graduate student pursuing a sports management degree, I will spend more time contributing to this community and teaching the youth about the game of baseball. As an athlete, it is my responsibility to show young players how great this game is, and to always dream big.
