I am a student athlete pole vaulter majoring in nursing and nutrition. I am huge on encouraging young girls and women to fuel their bodies, take up space, and to be strong. I want women to feel empowered and encouraged by what I do in my life, and be a role model for young girls to be able to do whatever they want when the grow up. I want girls to see sports as an expression and outlet, not something just for boys. I am able to be strong and girly. I love doing my hair, makeup, dressing cute, and taking care of myself. I also believe in properly fueling your body. I love the outdoors and think it is so good for mental health. I think that mindfulness is a huge aspect to my sport and you are so much more powerful than you think. your mind is the most powerful thing about you.
