I’m an NCAA Division I fencer at Wayne State University, where I serve as team captain and placed 3rd at the 2024 NCAA Championships. As a World Champion (Team Gold 2021, Bronze 2022), World Cup Medalist, and Egyptian National Team member, fencing has shaped every part of who I am. I’m also a certified R1 referee and active coach. Off the strip, I’m a pre-med student pursuing a future in surgery — driven by more than ambition. I lost both of my parents during my college journey, and their memory is now my greatest source of strength. Everything I do — in sport, in school, in life — is to honor their belief in me and the values they instilled: resilience, discipline, and purpose. I speak Arabic and English and bring a global, grounded mindset to everything I take on. I’m open to partnerships in sport, education, healthcare, and causes that empower young people to rise no matter where they start. Trying to make a difference in the world, one step at a time.
