I love spending time bettering myself both mentally and physically. Along with my overall health and athletic importance, mental health is very important to me. I love finding new strategies that can help me better my mental well being as well as my relationships with others. I hope to use these skills in a future career of nursing. I am a big fan of all things outdoors. I love rowing, kayaking, trail running, and hiking. I also love traveling and exploring new places. After doing all of these things, one of my most favorite things to do is grab a scoop of ice cream. I love trying new ice cream shops everywhere I go and keeping a tally of which are my favorites.
