I am a 6’8 forward at Shawnee State University. We won a national championship in 2021, I was featured on SportsCenter top 10 at #4 for my put back dunk in the national championship game. I am currently the face of my team here at Shawnee, I have billboards around town and I am even featured on our local Kings Daughters Hospital commercial. I currently avg 8 pts and 7 rebounds and have 3 years left of eligibility. I have a interesting story that gives other young athletes hope on their journeys, I didn’t play basketball in highschool past freshman ball because I was a late bloomer, I use to be the small guy. I have a cousin who went off to play d1 and d2 who I lost touch with but once we rekindled at a ymca hoop session he seen my size and invited me to try out for his school, coach was looking to replace a guy who recently quit, the opportunity was there and I took it, my first year my family had to help me pay 20,000 in tuition but now I have put in the work to earn a full ride.
