Biography
How I got Started: I grew up playing highly competitive soccer from the age of 5. At 15 years old, I suffered a career-ending injury which crushed all hopes and dreams of playing professionally. While browsing the internet from a hospital bed recovering, I became fascinated with the sport of Bobsled. After doing some research and finding the Junior Bobsled Program in Lake Placid, NY, I convinced my parents to bring me over from Vermont to try it out. We competed in the Empire State Winter Games and won a gold medal, after that I was completely hooked. I later would miss a lot of high school time to be in Lake Placid to develop as a bobsled pilot. I currently I live in Vermont, Owning and Operating a family business to help cover the expenses I accrue during the winter while I compete around the world.
