Biography
What’s up! My name is Grayson Foster and a little background about me is I’m from Flora MS and went to high school at Madison Central. I started running track as a sprinter my senior year of high school. My main focus on the track was the 400 meter dash and occasionally the 200. In high school, I started track with a 52 second 400 meter and ended senior year winning the state meet with a 48.15. I also went from a 23.5 200 to a 21.77 at State as well! I decided to start collegiate track the next year at Mississippi College which is where I’m at now going into sophomore year. I improved a lot as a freshman. I won first place in the Gulf South Conference indoor meet in the 400 meter and 4x400 relay! I went and competed at the DII national indoor meet where I placed 5th in the country. Going into outdoor, I was able to qualify for outdoor nationals for the 400 meter with a 46.38 and the 4x400 relay placing 3rd in the country for NCAA DII finishing as a 2 time all American.
