I live on the mat but outside of that I have many hobbies. I enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and working out/lifting. I also use painting as a calming technique to relax during the off season. When I am not cutting weight I am a big foodie and I love to try new things. I am pursuing a career in the holistic medical field, and this is a BIG passion of mine. Mental health is also a big passion of mine! My favorite snack is cheez-its!!!
