Original sport was soccer, only ran track my college years. Within the first year of training cross country I had gotten a 4:27 mile. Down to a 4:09for a pr, I’m aiming under 4 min mile. My major is psychology, I really find fascinating the ways people live and how I can learn from it. My goal is to be able to run for Mexico in the Olympics. I picked Mexico because I want to represent my country and show the ones who look like me that “Si Se Puede” even though USA may be a better choice, I want to be part of a change of changing a culture to being who you are and being proud. I ran cross country for soccer, but I ended up getting picked up for cross country and track, even though I had no history in track. I came out to be one of the best on my team for college for track and cross country. My high school years I played varsity soccer, varsity football, and ran varsity cross country .
