My name is Ia’neiah Spears, and I am a freshman at Langston University. I play on the volleyball team as a utility player, able to contribute as an outside hitter, right side, middle blocker, and in the back row. I’ve been playing volleyball since age nine, with over six years of club experience and two trips to USAV Junior Nationals. Beyond athletics, I aspire to become an elementary school teacher and later a volleyball coach. Volleyball has opened doors for me, including the opportunity to pursue my education on both an academic and athletic scholarship. My goal is to give back to my community and inspire the next generation of young girls to pursue education and athletics.
