Hi I am Izzy! I am a wellness and exercise science major with a minor in coaching at Rhode Island College. I love all things wellness. I am huge on mental health and have a passion for nutrition and working out. I am an advocate for organic and natural remedies for treatment and illness prevention. I enjoy living an active lifestyle outside of playing basketball. I also can be a very much girly girl by always having my hair and nails done while looking and feeling my best each day.
