Hello! My name is Jasmine Dunn, and I am currently a Flag Football athlete at Ottawa University. I'm a freshman and majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Interests: - Nutrition (especially vitamins, pre-workout snacks, etc.)! -Running - FASHION! - Food (especially spicy snacks!) - MAKEUP! Passions: - Fitness! (at-home workouts, field or in gym workouts as well!) - Mental Health! (Journaling, affirmations) - SHOES (athletic or streetwear). -Skin care! ( cleansers, sunscreens, etc.) -I'm a BIG advocate for mental health, especially in athletes. When I was younger, I had injured my hamstring. That injury took a major toll on my and my self-esteem. Through time I gained my confidence back and became 10x more mentally tough than I used to be. - I know that recovery is just as important as working out. That's why my main priority is nurturing myself, making sure I'm hydrated and eating right so that I can perform at my peak potential.
