My name is Jibriel Conde, and I am a transfer student who plays football at the University of Kansas. I transferred from Grand Valley State University. I am originally from Ypsilanti, Michigan. I am African-American and Guinean, and I take pride in my background and where I come from. It keeps me grounded and pushes me to represent more than just myself every time I step on the field. Family means everything to me. I have two little sisters who motivate me daily to lead the right way and stay disciplined. Everything I do is bigger than me, and I carry my family with me in every decision. Faith is the foundation of my life. It guides how I train, compete, and handle adversity. Football is more than a game to me. It is a platform to grow, lead, and serve. Academically, I major in biochemistry and aspire to become a dentist, bringing the same discipline to the classroom that I do to the field.
