John is a native Tennessean from Kingsport, Tennessee. He has two younger sisters and one older brother that recently had a baby – John is a very proud uncle. He is currently playing in his sixth basketball season for the University of Tennessee. While at UT, he’s obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, and is now currently set to graduate with his Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Education, Communications & Leadership in May 2022. Some highlights of John’s playing career include: a career high of 27 points in a comeback win against Kentucky Coaches Pre-Season All SEC 2021-2022 2020 All-SEC Second Team 2x SEC Community Service Team SAAC representative Knoxville News Sentinel’s 2020 Sports Person of the Year and many more notable accolades
