My name is Jordan Jelks-Shepherd and I am a current student-athlete at Cumberland University! My main goal as a member of the football team, is to help others grow through my testimony— to help underclassmen become better individuals through hearing from my experiences going through school and life. I enjoy spending time with my teammates and friends that I come across while on campus. I also enjoy spending time with my family any chance that I may get. I currently have an associates in speech communication, and am currently pursuing my bachelors in exercise science with a focus on athletic coaching. I chose this major because I understand that I won’t be able to play the game forever, so having the opportunity to remain around the game and to be able to potentially create a positive impact on student-athletes’ lives from the younger generation, while making them better on the field is a major goal that I intend on achieving by any means necessary!
