Hi! My name is Jordi Holdaway and I'm from the huge city of Mud Lake, ID (population: 3000). I've realized that college athletics can either be extremely draining and destroy my self-worth or it can aid in building my confidence. I know what it's like to struggle with mental health and I know the pressures that college athletics brings. Due to knowing and having experienced both sides I think I can be a voice for those who are going through the same challenges. I'm an advocate for mental wellbeing and would love to use my platform to promote messages that help specifically young athletes with their confidence.
