I’m Joseph Cannon, a 100m/200m sprinter at Minnesota State University, Mankato, originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. With a 100m personal best of 10.29, I’m continuing to push toward the next level with the ultimate goal of becoming a professional sprinter. Growing up in Milwaukee, I didn’t see many athletes from my community make it to the level I’m chasing. That motivates me to keep pushing, stand out, and show younger athletes that where you come from doesn’t determine how far you can go. My platform is about more than just running fast. I want to give people an inside look at the real journey of a college sprinter — from training, competition, recovery, and meet days to track fashion, gear, lifestyle, and the work that happens behind the scenes. I also have a passion for photography and content creation, which gives me the ability to showcase products in a creative and authentic way. I’m interested in creating product reviews, training videos, athletic and lifestyle content.
