I attended high school at AGWSR in Ackley, Iowa where I participated in several sports. I decided to further my athletic career at NIACC in Mason City, Iowa where I am currently throwing for the track and field team, and playing as a center for the women’s basketball team. During my time in high school I made an appearance at state throwing shot put twice, placing 3rd and getting on the podium my senior year. As a basketball player I was a 3 time selection for 1st team all-conference as well as all-region, 2 time on the all-district team, and the NICL-West conference MVP my junior year. I surpassed 1,000 points and am in the top three for career points at AGWSR and I also set the record for career rebounds and blocks! In my free time I love spending time with my friends and family whether shopping or trying out new coffee shops! :) I am studying to become a physical therapist assistant, and hope to someday specialize in pediatrics! I am excited to start a new chapter here at NIACC!!
