My name is Josser Amaya, and I’m in the final stages of completing my degree in Business Management. I’ve always been passionate about sports, not only as a player but also as someone who studies how athletics can shape leadership, discipline, and resilience. Soccer, in particular, has been a driving force in my life, it has taught me the value of teamwork, perseverance, and the mindset needed to push past limits. Those same lessons guide the way I approach business and personal growth. My family’s support and encouragement have given me the confidence to set ambitious goals and chase after them with determination. I also find joy in spending time with my dogs, who remind me daily of the importance of loyalty, consistency, and enjoying the simple things in life.
