My name is Justin and I’m from the sunshine state Florida. I grew up right outside of Tampa and I landed myself a scholarship to run track and receive and education at The University of the Cumberlands here in Kentucky. I’m a big fitness junkie, and I’m all about growth and inspiring others to find a passion in life. If I’m not working out, running, or studying, you can probably find me fishing at your local pond. Big fishing guy. I’m all about supporting and spreading awareness for mental health and healthy lifestyles. I love my family and friends and I always spend as much time necessary to talk and connect with them. I’m not a verified chef but I for sure give my kitchen a run for it’s money whenever I walk in. I love cooking for my family and making/eating healthy meals.
