Biography
At the age of 4 I discovered my love for soccer. I became a very versatile player, playing multiple positions (center back, defensive mid, attacking mid, wing, and striker). At the age of 13, I experienced a soccer player’s worst nightmare, tearing your ACL. This became a pivotal part of my soccer Career. I unlocked the discipline, dedication, determination I hadn’t yet discovered in myself, and my interest in the Physical Therapy career path. After being cleared to return to soccer, I knew I had much work to do. I ran to 6:00 AM soccer weight training before school and worked on my skills daily. My work payed off: - My Sophomore year I placed first in every HS soccer practice competition. - I was recognize as the top 2007 women’s soccer player in Southern Utah. - I made 2nd Team All Region my Junior year of HS. - Chosen as team captain my Senior year and made 1st Team All Region and 2nd Team All State. I
