I’m Kellen, a college wrestler majoring in Strength & Conditioning. Hard work, discipline, and consistency are the foundation of who I am as an athlete. Wrestling has taught me how to stay focused, push past limits, and keep a strong mindset through every challenge. I hold myself to high standards on the mat, in the weight room, and in the classroom. I set goals, chase them, and put in the work every day to reach them. I try to lead by example — staying positive, competing hard, and helping the people around me get better. I’m committed to growing as an athlete and as a person.
