I hold an undergraduate degree from The University of Wisconsin-Madison and a masters from Edgewood College. I am a LMFT specializing in couples, sex therapy, and LGBTQ+ as well as sports psychology. Mental health is a huge part of my life and I thrive on helping others navigate their own areas of growth. I love animals and am a dog mom.
