My name is Kimi Goetz and I am a long track speed skater on the US national team and a 2022 Winter Olympian. In 2019 I wrote a cookbook, titled Mindful Meals, filled with recipes I use to fuel for training and racing. I also have been working for 7 years as a underwriter at a finance company in Salt Lake City. Along with skating, cooking & working I love to hike with my dog, Tiberius.
