I’m Landen Lorch, a freshman wrestler at Doane University, competing for both the men’s collegiate team and the Greco-Roman program. Wrestling has been a part of my life for over 13 years, it’s more than a sport to me it’s a mindset built on discipline, resilience, and relentless drive. Before joining Doane, I wrestled for Blaine Senior High School (MN), where I reached over 100 career wins, earned multiple state qualifications, and represented my team at elite national events. I’ve also competed at the U20 US Open and other high-level tournaments across the country, where I learned how to adapt, fight through adversity, and perform under pressure. At Doane, I’m continuing to grow as both a student-athlete and a leader, balancing intense training with academics and community involvement. I take pride in my consistency, work ethic, and commitment to improving every single day, on and off the mat.
