Hello! I am Lauren, a student-athlete at Duke University, majoring in Biology with a Minor in Global Health. My journey in track began at an early age after joining the Girls on the Run program, where I acquired a passion, confidence, and love for running. Over many years of discipline and training, I have developed a niche for long sprint events (400m / 800m).
