Hello! I’m Lauren Walter and I’m originally from Centennial, Colorado. I’ve been all around the country as I now live in Destin, Florida and my previous school John Brown University was in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. From there, I received my B.S. in Kinesiology and a MBA. Currently, I’m at South Dakota State University working on my Management Foundations Certificate. I love health and fitness and hope to apply my knowledge and experience into sports performance coaching one day! Given my unique experience playing at different collegiate levels, I am eager to help any athletes who wish to continue in my steps. With that, I’m open to work with and support in any way I can.
