About
Biography
I graduated Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL with both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. I want to go into federal law enforcement and pursue a career playing professional volleyball. I never played collegiate volleyball at WIU and it’s become a deep regret of mine. I choose to go back to school to play college volleyball while working towards earning my EMT and Paramedic licenses. I have coached volleyball for many years. I love working with young athletes and I’m hoping throughout my life I can inspire more athletes, especially young women, to pursue both their academic and athletic goals. As well as to inspire athletes that it’s never too late to play collegiate volleyball or pursue your dreams. I’m fortunate to be in a unique position to lead young athletes by example. I also hope to inspire athletes with medical conditions to never give up on their athletic dreams. I have a pulmonary condition called Cystic Fibrosis. CF affects lung function as well as the pancreas.
