I’m a professional athlete and multidisciplinary creator working at the intersection of sport, health innovation, and design. Alongside competing in track and field, I lead ventures in digital health, sustainability, and creative direction, with a focus on building solutions that improve human and environmental well-being. Beyond my professional work, I’m committed to mentorship, equity, and community impact. I serve as a mentor with Black Ivy, supporting the next generation of Black leaders, and have been both a mentee and mentor with The Prosperity Project, an organization advancing gender equity in leadership. I also support accessibility initiatives as a donor to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB). I’m passionate about using my platform to drive meaningful change—whether through sport, entrepreneurship, or community engagement.
