Hi, my name is Lexi Stevenson. I’m 19 years old and originally from Dallas, Texas, but I currently live in Athens, Texas. I was a gymnast for 15 years, ran track for 2 years, and have been cheering for 4 years. In cheer, I’m a base, a tumbler, and a flyer. One of my biggest achievements is winning first place at NCA with Trinity Valley Community College, where I also cheer. My biggest role model is Simone Biles, who has inspired me since I was little. Outside of cheer, I enjoy line dancing, raising awareness about mental health, and I love cats. You can find me on instagram @lexi_star_stevenson. My goal for the future is to cheer for LSU during my last two years of college and then become a cheer coach. Beyond sports, I’m focused on staying on top of my schoolwork so I can achieve my dream of becoming a kindergarten teacher. I balance school and cheer by setting aside dedicated time each day to finish homework and study before doing anything else.
