Hello, I’m Lili Mizuno and I’m a rhythmic gymnast for Team USA. Some of my career highlights include competing at the Tokyo Olympic Games, Pan American Games, World Games, and multiple World Championships. I was ranked the top individual rhythmic gymnast at the 2023 USA Gymnastics Championships and was named the Sportsperson of the Year. I’m also a college student majoring in environmental engineering with a minor in mathematics. My interests include mental health, student/athlete life, and environmentalism. I hope to inspire athletes to pursue both their academic and sports endeavors while contributing to a greener lifestyle.
