I’m a redshirt freshman studying Exercise Science with a dream of becoming a physical therapist one day! After tearing my ACL my senior year of high school, I developed a whole new appreciation for movement, recovery, and taking care of your body. 💪🏼 When I’m not studying or working out, you can usually find me outside hiking, line dancing, or trying something new! I love prioritizing nutrition while still making it fun because I’m a huge foodie and believe life is all about balance. I’m always down to try a new restaurant, food, or recipe, and I genuinely can’t go a day without a fun drink. 😂 Whether it’s an energy drink, prebiotic soda, or some fun electrolytes, I’m always trying something new! I’m passionate about health and wellness, but I also love making it enjoyable and realistic. 🤍
