I am distance track and cross country athlete who recently graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh, NC. I will be a freshman at Providence College in the fall where I will be running the 1500m-5000m and majoring in Nursing. At Cardinal Gibbons, I contributed to a triple crown of NCHSAA 4A team state championships consecutively in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track in the '24-'25 school year, helped my team win the Southeast Regional for Nike Cross Nationals leading to a 12th place team finish at Nike Cross Nationals, earned an All-American title with 4th place in the 4xMile Relay at New Balance Outdoor Nationals 2024, and earned an All-American title with a 2nd place finish in the 4xMile Relay at New Balance Indoor Nationals 2025. This summer I am a volunteer distance track coach with Triangle Champions Track Club in Durham, NC and am an assistant cross country coach at the Trinity School of Durham and Chapel Hill.
