Biography
My name is Maggie Fernholz and I am a sophomore at St. Cloud State University. I am a goalie for the women’s soccer team and am also pursuing a degree in Marketing. In 2022 I was Miss Sauk Rapids, in that program I volunteered at various events throughout the year such as bingo with the Lion’s Club and hosting Princess Days at the Sauk Rapids schools where I would do little girls’ hair, makeup, and nails and create gifts bags or cards that we would send out to the community. One specific gift that we donated were “going home bags” for animals at the humane society when they got adopted! Other than playing soccer I enjoy hunting and fishing with my dad, hiking with my family, snowboarding, and spending time with my pets and family while also staying active. Growing up I participated in many sports such as soccer, softball, track, karate, and lacrosse.
