My name is Makiah Parker and I am a collegiate D1 Track and Field athlete for California State University at Bakersfield. I am currently a freshmen in college and graduated highschool in Wiesbaden Germany. I was raised in a military background which allowed me to travel and run track abroad and meet new counties besides the United States. I am majoring in buisness and marketing with the plan of creating my very own brand and also modeling other brands as well. My goal as a model is to create advocacy for smaller and petite bodies like myself where as it’s hard to find good brands that fit us comfortably with out having to tuck or pull in order for it to be form fitting. I would love to show case active and everyday lounge wear and slowly but surely be the face of smaller athletic bodies.
