I'm an Olympic Hopeful who is invested the process of growth. I strive to be a well rounded human and athlete - and helping other young girls and women reach their goals. I practice mindfulness and meditation on a regular basis, this grounded form of spirituality has helped me both in sports and to overcome anxiety and depression. I am humbled to be voted by my athlete peers into board and representative roles: I represent wrestling as the Team USA Athlete Council Rep, I sit on the USA Wrestling's executive committee, and I am an athlete rep in various sports and diversity committees. I have a masters degree in sport psychology with an emphasis in positive leadership. I implement this knowledge into how I instruct at nation-wide clinics and in my role as an assistant coach at Pacific University. I am married and have a rescue dog (who struggles with anxiety/reactivity).
