I’m Maggie Kayt, a swimmer at Shawnee State University. Back in high school I was diagnosed with POTS and EDS. I am fortunate that even with my disabilities I am able to be a high-functioning student athlete. I am hoping to help young athletes and disabled people with my story and encouragement. My goal with any following I gain is to aid with athlete mental health, advocate for other EDS and POTS patients, and defend women’s rights in sports.
