I have coached basketball professionally in Europe. This included Men's and Women's teams as well as youth development teams as young as 6 years old. I led the largest club team in Germany (at the time) which had 29 teams. Spent 9 years with Reebok-Germany totaling over 50 weekly summer camps. My coaching philosophy is fundamentally based on breaking segments of the game down and strategically rebuilding them back up in sequence that can be carried over to game like situations. My roots are old school built on the back of hard work and character. Embracing training technology can empower players for immediate adjustments and corrections. Overall keys are focusing on defense, controlling the tempo, time and score scenarios, exploiting opponents weaknesses and protecting yours, all by taking an objective and analytical, non-emotional statistical based approach.
