My name is Mark Schlichting, and I’m a division 1 javelin thrower at Washington State University. I love to spend my time outside of school and track playing music, golf, and gaming. I tore my UCL in high school and redshirt my first year at WSU. Through my recovery I’ve learned a lot about nutrition and physical well-being in order to preform at a high level.
