I am currently double majoring in Kinesiology and Psychology, and minoring in Journalism. I am working towards becoming an athletic trainer. I am huge into advocating about mental health, especially in athletics, as your mindset plays a large role in your development as an athlete. I grew up as a competitive swimmer, & started rowing my sophomore year of high school. I love the outdoors and my hometown is in Tennessee, which opened my eyes to a lot of opportunities outside of my athletics such as hiking & climbing. I have hiked more than 200mi of the Appalachian Trail, and hope to complete it one day.
