My name is Mason Frazier. I’m employed as a fulltime server during the summer months at Broken Rocks Cafe and Bakery in Wooster, OH. As a server, my main goal is to ensure every customer I have the privilege of serving has the best dining experience possible. Customer service is my top priority. If customers leave happy, then I’m personally fulfilled. In the Fall and Spring I am a fulltime college student studying to obtain a bachelor's degree in marketing. I am also a member of the men's golf team. Being part of a NCAA Division 1 team has helped me become better with time management. There are various activities related to golf that require much time investment such as: physio training, practice, university leadership meetings, and travel. In the future I plan to work in the business side of the food service industry. Through the skill of knowing what the customer wants, I will be able to sell to anyone. Likewise, having good teamwork skills enables me to work with anyone.
