I have been a runner since 8th grade and I have progressed through high school to be a fast runner for cross country and track. I do the 800,4 800, 1600, 3200 in track. My PR for Cross Country is 15:33. 3200- 9:33, 1600- 4:19, 800 Relay Split- 1:59, Open 800- 2:05. I am a very disciplined runner and always make sure to do the right thing whether that comes to training, sleeping, eating, racing. I have worked hard to be where I am at in my career and will continue to do so.
